For me, financial planning has always been about relationships. Getting to know our clients, their families, what's really going on in their lives. Over time, you become someone they rely on. That trust isn't instant. It's earned. And I'm proud of the trust we've built.

I strongly believe money isn’t just something to accumulate; it’s there to be enjoyed. I spend a lot of my time telling people they can afford to do more than they think. Book the trip. Help the grandkids. Stop feeling guilty. You've worked your whole life for this. Enjoy it.

I've sat across from so many people who were convinced they couldn't stop working, only to discover they were in a much stronger position than they realised. One of the most rewarding parts of job is being able to say, "Yes, you can retire," and seeing the relief that brings.

Outside office hours, rowing is a big part of my life. I spend a lot of time at the club, and I served as Treasurer for nine years. I also won the Women's Single at the national championships. A single is just you. No crew. It took a lot of early mornings and a lot of quiet determination.

I also love gardening. And spending time with my family. The simple things that keep everything in perspective.
